Make it easier for your speakers and e-poster authors to upload their presentations by providing them with a professional presentation management tool. The platform was designed to respond to the content management issues that event organizers encounter. Navigation is intuitive and fluid.
Each speaker and author can connect to his personal account with a username and password of his choice. Once in his space, his personal information will be displayed on the right, he can modify it at any time. He can send a message to the organizer for any questions if he needs help.
In this tab, the speaker will find all the sessions of the event but can only modify the one in which he is a speaker. He will be able to add files, consult the files already uploaded and save his presentation. Information such as date, time, speakers, reference and status will be displayed for each session. The speaker can choose to sort the sessions by date.
E-posters and commented e-posters
The second tab is reserved for the authors of the e-posters. They can then add their files and view those that are already added to the platform. A user guide and an e-poster template are available to authors for inspiration. Authors can choose to add comments to their e-posters in the third dedicated tab.
