An intuitive dashboard
A global view of all the elements of your account will allow you to easily interpret the data from a multitude of entries: Commercial, administrative, technical, communication, general management, etc. You can customize your view with the elements you think are relevant.
Participant management
Manage qualified database of participants : Name, title, email address and date of registration. You can edit, give a status and choose if your contact should be visible in matchmaking. Full YoY activity logged-in the attendee profile. Data structure can be based on individuals and/or companies. Other data is available such as contact information, workshop registration and received emails.
Exhibitor management
Organize and list your exhibitors in this space. Each exhibitor has a contact address, a category and a sector that you define. For your hybrid and onsite events, you can directly manage the types of requested stand, the locations, and the surfaces. You also have access to a financial follow up of each exhibitor. Other services are available such as products, badges, quotes and invoices.
Admin space
The administrator area allows you to configure your back end to align with your needs. Manage users and access rights, product pricing conditions, stocks, forecasts, partners, mapping and many other settings.
Backend Settings
Customize your backend using the blue bar. A project manager will be dedicated to you when you start your project to help you set up your account according to your needs. Configure your navigation, manage content and add or remove blocks. (Reserved only for customers who have received advanced training.)
Website settings
With the page parameter, you can manage language versions, hidden blocks, appearance and property. Manage the data sources and arborescence in the “site settings” tab. Other tools are available such as ticketing, SSO server settings, tag management and file library. A project manager will configure all the technical features for you when you launch your project.
