The major challenge involved the complex management of registrations through the Klipso Congress tool for the JRMF and the two GAs, with a specific focus on mutualist groups. In addition to registrations, Leni had to coordinate reservations for lunches and dinners, while ensuring the dispatch of e-badges to participants. Close collaboration with the client during weekly meetings was crucial to ensuring the effective implementation of the platform.
Prior to the event, registrations were efficiently managed through Klipso Congress. The platform facilitated effective management of mutualist groups and reservations for meals. Seamless communication with the client during weekly meetings ensured optimal coordination.
On-site, Leni implemented a V3 access control system, with an intelligent mechanism to regulate entries, lunches, and the evening event. A data entry station was set up to create and reprint badges as needed. Although registration and voting during the GA were handled by another provider, coordination with them was ensured.
