The 2023 edition of SIAE promised to be exceptional after a four-year hiatus. However, such scale also posed a major logistical and organizational challenge. SIAE needed a robust and efficient digital solution to effectively manage exhibitors and exhibition plans. Furthermore, it was essential to offer an intuitive and user-friendly experience through a dedicated mobile application to provide visitors with essential information and real-time updates.
Exhibitor Management : Leni developed a highly secure online platform that allowed exhibitors to register, submit their information, upload documents, and manage their presence at the show. This solution streamlined the registration and tracking process, significantly reducing administrative delays and facilitating communication between exhibitors and organizers.
Floorplan Management (Klipos Map) : With Klipos Map, an interactive floorplan management application, organizers were able to design and optimize exhibition spaces. They could easily assign booths to exhibitors, manage specific locations, and ensure a smooth layout of booths at the show.
Mobile Application : Leni created a dedicated mobile application for SIAE, offering a comprehensive experience to visitors. The application provided real-time information on schedules, events, conferences, entertainment, and exhibitors. Visitors could customize their schedule, access the interactive floorplan, interact with other participants, and receive important notifications.
