The main challenge was to manage a large number of visitors and VIPs, ensuring quick and secure registration. Additionally, we needed to provide exhibitors with effective tools to invite their contacts and manage the flow of participants through multiple entry points, all while maintaining an optimal user experience.
To meet this challenge, we deployed the following solutions:
Visitor/VIP Pre-registration Form: We set up an online pre-registration system, allowing visitors and VIPs to register before the event. This streamlined the entry process and reduced wait times.
E-invitation Module: This module enabled exhibitors to send personalized invitations to their contacts. Invitees could register online via these invitations, contributing to better organization and increased participation.
Badge Request: We simplified the badge request procedure, enabling participants to receive their badges quickly after online registration.
