Synchronized vote : Hybrid and virtual
The General Assembly’s virtual room platform has an integrated voting feature, making it easier for participants to cast their votes during meetings. With this new feature, participants can vote directly from their mobile phones without the need for installation, providing direct access from their space.
In addition, e-voters can also participate in the voting process from their computer within the virtual room. This integration ensures that all participants have an equal opportunity to cast their votes, regardless of their location or device.
The voting results are automatically synchronized in real-time, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. These results can be displayed simultaneously in the virtual room and on the large screen of the physical room, making it easy for everyone to follow the voting process and outcomes.
Overall, the integration of the voting feature into the virtual room platform of the General Assembly provides a streamlined and efficient voting process that is accessible to all participants.
Data and voting security
Our technology is designed to ensure the reliability of the management rules put in place during General Assembly voting. From authentication to the management of rights and the singleness of votes, Klipso provide a secure and efficient voting process.
To ensure secure access, we have implemented a system for authenticating participants through a single account. This system identifies the participant’s voting weight at the time of voting, checks for duplicates such as given proxies or voting by post, and ensures that participants have a single access link to the voting system.
In addition, we have created a declarative registration system and BO (Back Office) where the organizer can extract relevant data such as participant information and voting outcomes. Klipso GA allows organizers to easily manage and analyze data related to the voting process, providing valuable insights for future meetings.
Overall, Klipso provide a comprehensive solution for managing General Assembly voting, ensuring the reliability and security of the process while also providing valuable data for organizers.
Vote by anticipation
To increase participation and provide more flexibility to attendees, we offer the option of voting by anticipation. This feature allows participants to cast their votes before the General Assembly, giving them more time to review the proposals and make an informed decision.
Participants who choose to vote by anticipation will receive an email two days before the GA, directing them to the broadcast website. They can then follow the presentation but will not be able to vote during the live event because their vote has already been taken into account.
This feature not only provides greater convenience and flexibility for participants but also helps to increase participation rates. By allowing participants to cast their votes before the GA, we remove any barriers that may have prevented them from attending the live event.
Overall, the voting by anticipation feature is a valuable addition to any General Assembly, providing participants with more flexibility and convenience while also increasing participation rates.
To ensure that a quorum can be reached during the General Assembly, participants have the option to delegate their voting powers to another active member. This delegation can be done by choosing an active member of their choice, the president of the GA, or the association, who can then entrust it to an active member.
This delegation feature provides greater flexibility and convenience for participants who may not be able to attend the live event or who may not have the time or resources to review all of the proposals. By delegating their voting powers, they can still have a voice in the decision-making process and contribute to the outcome of the General Assembly.
Overall, the delegation feature is a valuable addition to any General Assembly, ensuring that a quorum can be reached while also providing participants with greater flexibility and convenience in the voting process.
Vote during the live
For attendees who prefer to vote on their computer during the live General Assembly, we offer a convenient option to do so. Two days before the AG, an email will be sent to these attendees directing them to the broadcast website. From there, they can follow the live presentation and cast their vote using their computer.
This feature provides greater convenience and flexibility for participants who may prefer to vote using their computer rather than their mobile phone or who may not be able to attend the live event in person. By providing a secure and efficient way to vote online, we ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity to cast their votes and contribute to the decision-making process.
Our system is designed to manage a large number of General Assemblies, regardless of their complexity. We are able to accommodate a variety of concepts, including voting weight, management of quorums, delegation of power, vote by anticipation, multi-entity, live and hybrid voting.
Our platform is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor the system to meet the unique needs of each General Assembly. This flexibility allows us to provide a seamless and efficient voting process, regardless of the size or complexity of the event.
Overall, our system is designed to handle the most complex General Assemblies, providing a secure, reliable and efficient way for participants to cast their votes and contribute to the decision-making process.
